💡 Why Mr UJ?: I’m running to redefine the modern man- someone who leads with confidence, purpose, and care. I want to bring awareness to men’s mental health and show that strength includes vulnerability.
I’m Clayton Marufu, a BCom Marketing student and proud member of the UJ Football Media Team. I’ve always believed that leadership means using your voice to uplift others - and that includes standing up for men’s mental health.
My goal as a Mr UJ finalist is to inspire a new kind of modern man: stylish, self-aware, and strong enough to be soft. Let’s make representation real - where masculinity includes mindfulness, and impact starts with intention.
