Position Overview: The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of the Green Energy & Technology Workforce Development project. This role requires ensuring that project objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement project activities in accordance with the project goals and objectives.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including partners, beneficiaries, and team members.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including preparing regular updates and reports for funders and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
Qualifications:
- Experience in green energy and/or SETA-aligned training project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the NGO sector.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
