Position Overview: The M&E Practitioner will design and implement the project’s monitoring and evaluation framework, ensuring that project outcomes and impacts are effectively measured and reported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the M&E plan for the project.
- Design data collection tools and methodologies.
- Collect, analyze, and report on project data.
- Ensure data quality and integrity.
- Prepare M&E reports for management and donors.
- Conduct field visits to monitor project implementation.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge/Experience in training and/or green energy space.
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the NGO sector.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Experience with M&E software and tools.
- Excellent report writing skills.
