Position Overview: The Finance Specialist will manage the financial operations of the project, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with donor requirements, and effective financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the project budget.
- Prepare financial reports for management and donors.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Oversee audits and financial evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge/Experience in training and/or green energy projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the NGO sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial management software and CRM systems.
