OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are both tools used for setting goals and measuring performance. However, they are used in different contexts and for different purposes.

OKRs are used to set, track, and achieve high-level and aspirational goals. They are typically used in a strategic planning context and are designed to align the efforts of different teams or individuals within an organization towards achieving common objectives. OKRs consist of an Objective, which defines what is to be achieved, and Key Results, which are specific measures used to track the achievement of the objective.

KPIs, on the other hand, are specific measures used to evaluate the performance of specific business functions, processes, or activities. They are typically used in an operational context to monitor the effectiveness or efficiency of ongoing operations. KPIs are often tied to specific targets or benchmarks and are used to identify areas that need improvement.
