How Are Winners Selected?
Winners are determined using a blended scoring method that combines both public support and actual interest in the startup:
70% of the final score comes from the number of paid votes (each vote costs R20).
30% of the final score is based on the number of unique visits to the startup’s Acalytica page.
We use web analytics to ensure all visits are authentic and non-bot traffic.
This approach rewards startups that not only mobilize supporters to vote, but also generate genuine engagement and interest.
